The Bill being tendered in Congress to protect Robert Mueller from being fired by the President, is not going to be considered in the Senate, according to Senate Majority Leader, Mitch McConnell. So the arguments on whether Trump can fire Mueller are settled by default. He can, else why would Mueller need protection from being fired? The assertion by Media that Trump has been handed a loss on Immigration by Justice Gorsuch is bogus. The case in question concerns a LEGAL immigrant, not an ILLEGAL one. The headline is misleading.
